CCT Series

Portable Battery Cell Capacity Tester

The BatteryTest CCT Series portable battery cell capacity tester provides complete data acquisition hardware for recording individual cell voltages, temperature, and current during a battery capacity test. When used in conjunction with a manual load bank, such as the BatteryTest LB Series constant-current load banks, the CCT Series tester becomes a fully automated battery capacity " LOAD " tester. Minimal operator intervention is needed to setup and start a test, allowing the operator to be more productive in other tasks.

The CCT Series can be configured to test a variety of industrial batteries and can accommodate 2, 6, and 12-Volt cells/jars to a total of 64.  Systems can be obtained for testing two batteries simultaneously and independently using the same control center.

 The CCT software runs on a laptop or desktop computer and features the BatteryTest Windows based testing program with Text, Numerical, and Graphical reporting of battery parameters and can be printed or downloaded once the test is complete.  Comprehensive reports and spreadsheets allow the operator to make sound and timely decisions about warranty repairs, cell replacements, or whether the battery should be removed from service.  Test results are archived for future comparisons. Each unit comes complete with cabling and clips to connect to the battery(s) and each individual cell. Includes a Temperature Probe for temperature compensation.

The CCT automatically records 48v nominal or larger  batteries.  Monitors individual cell voltages, plus battery temperature (compensated to 77 F).  Tests 2, 6, or 12 volt cells/jars.  Archival feature-maintains battery profile and test history.
